We are all familiar with the ideas of process dashboards and process management. However, like many other aspects of process improvement the theory can be easier than the practice! We were delighted recently to help one of our clients grapple with the challenge of making their process dashboards and process reviews more effective. By bringing together a number of different strands – what should we measure? How do we present the data to tell a story? How do we engage most effectively with process owners to drive the right behaviours? – over a 2-day workshop the team were able to generate some clear action plans that they believe will make a real difference to their process management approach.
